February – Brickwork laid to bring ‘permanent Shed’ foundation up to floor level
January – Comers Bridge Justgiving fundraiser appeal target reached.

2023

Winter – concrete foundations pured on the new ‘permanent Shed’ site.
Autumn – Comers Bridge Justgiving Fundraising appeal started
Summer – Community and Social Activities started up (Walking Group & Board Games Club)
Spring – First ground broken on the new ‘permanent Shed’ site

2022

Summer – Workshop area is refurbished and re-designed

2021

January 30th – Registered with EasyFundraising
January 25th – The Shed gets mains power connected
January 19th – ‘Charity for Tax Purpose’ status is granted

2020

December 9th – Initiative to plant 1,000 trees begins
October 30th – Co-Op Community Fund ends (£1,333 raised)
October 26th – Stove & Chimney commissioned
June 9th-12th – additional Portacabins dismantled & disposed of
March 15th – New selection of Trees @ Midmar Hall planted
February 18th – Building Warrant Approved
February 10th – Trees @ Midmar Hall removed

2019

November 22nd – Registered with Amazon Smile for additional fundraising
November 8th – Accepted for the Co-op Local Community Fund
November 2nd – Traditional Ceilidh Fundraiser @ Midmar Hall
August 3rd – Temporary cabins moved on-site.
June 15th – BBQ, Band, Brew Fundraiser @ Midmar Hall
March 1st – Awarded Scottish Charity status (SCIO) from OSCR
January 23rd – Registered with the Scottish Men’s Shed Association
